Phase maintenance of freeze dryers:
Before starting the machine, check whether the condenser on the back of the machine is clean to avoid poor heat dissipation.
Check whether the safety device is reliable before starting the machine.
Check whether the working pressure and operating current are normal after the machine runs for 10 to 20 minutes.
Run the compressed air for 10 to 20 minutes to check if there is any drainage in the automatic drain.
The machine should open the drain valve more than twice a week.
The manual drain valve of the machine platform must be drained twice a day or more.
When the ambient temperature is high, check if it exceeds 40°C. If it exceeds, please improve.
Use a dry, compressed air or copper brush every week to clean the back of the machine condenser more than once.
Every month, check whether the automatic drain valve has dirty plugs. If it is dirty, clean it.
Every three months need to check whether the cooling fan fan has a bad vibration phenomenon.
Check and tighten all screws, bolts, and various fixtures annually.
Check, clean, and tighten all electrical connections annually.
